He works on developing and strengthening the management teams in-order-to maximise company profitability, efficiency, sustainability and future growth.

A great strategist, and a leader, who is able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. With very strong crisis management skills essential to ensuring All Novus Projects are constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

He is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring other board members and supporting their professional development. As the MD, he works alongside other board members to identify operational performance measures and brings an understanding of finance related issues in-order-to analyse company performance.

Experienced in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with franchisees, customers, suppliers and shareholders across the World.

As Managing Director, Tommy is purely responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Franchise and identifying new opportunities for the expansion of Novus Projects and its future global reach and presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy
  • Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they have accurate views of the market and the company’s future growth
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the Company and that they are always followed

Ivan Knezevich

Head of Operations

Ivan is result driven, self-motivated and experienced Director of Operations who is involved in running the daily operations of the Company. He is responsible for ensuring that our franchisees are well-coordinated and productive by managing their operational procedures and policies from initial to product manufacturing, distribution, premium location sourcing and delivery as well as coaching company employees and franchisees on how to efficiently run the Franchise and its global operations.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes, in-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, on-going operations, customer service, product placement etc.).

Ivan is extremely competent in multitasking in countless areas; with great communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling him to plan various operational activities. He is an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the Franchise and ensure its future growth and sustainability.

  • Liaise with the Board to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

Brodie Capel

Head of Digital and Marketing

Brodie has brought a set of fresh eyes to the business from a Gen-Y perspective. His knowledge and understanding is reflected throughout his digital, social media and marketing skills and allows us to tap in to the market with a common perspective on the product and its message.

Amply put, Brodie lives and breathes digital marketing. He oversees all stages of our online presence; including development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of the Franchise’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

He has years of experience in the digital marketing space with high level skills in web design and front end development, digital design and branding, online marketing (pay per click advertising, search engine marketing and social media marketing strategy and implementation) as well as search engine optimisation. He has worked both in-house and as a freelance consultant with some of the major names in their respective industries; including finance and investment, employment and training, ecommerce and online gaming, business consultancy as well as music and entertainment.

To Novus Projects, he constantly brings cutting edge practices in the rapidly evolving online marketing space as well as an in-depth knowledge of how Australians use technology to find ‘what they want – when they want it’ and strategies on how to position our brand so the customers can find us online, over our competitors.
