As Managing Director, Tommy is purely responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Franchise and identifying new opportunities for the expansion of Novus Projects and its future global reach and presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy
- Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they have accurate views of the market and the company’s future growth
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the Company and that they are always followed
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, franchises and authorities
- Oversee the Company’s financial performance, investments and future business ventures.
